One year, one person, one server

24+ websites and apps in 12 months

In twelve months I went from building one assessment app on the side to running about two dozen websites and apps: collectors' tools, a business-launch platform, film data, music, wellbeing, community and nonprofit sites. Some are simple informational sites; others are full applications with accounts, databases and live payments.

I didn't do it with a team of developers. Every project runs on one server, engineered day to day by a team of Claude agents that divide the work by scope, not by task: one agent per project, each owning that project's code, roadmap and database. A coordinating agent, "command central," handles everything above a single project, from domains and security certificates to backups and strategy. A separate agent with root access looks after the machine itself, so either one can repair the other.

The fleet runs whether or not anyone is watching. Scheduled jobs check every site every couple of hours and fix what they find. Most changes go through a staging gate before they reach a live site, with a 14-day window to undo almost anything. A Fleet Auditor watches the agents' judgment, because an agent can't be trusted to audit itself. They act, then report; I set the direction.

Below is everything I built. Find the one you'd enjoy, take a look, and if it's worth it to you, help it grow.
