How it was built

The fleet, project by project

Most dates are the first that appear in my recovered archive; the rest come from my own records. It goes project by project, in the order each one started; I kept working on every one of them while I started the next.

  1. Before Nov 2025

    Entrepreneurial Type Indicator

Built with ChatGPT and sometimes Gemini, then uploaded to the live server to test and report back. On Nov 4, 2025 I discovered Claude and started gaining momentum, though still editing locally on two Macs, uploading, testing and reporting back. It later became StartEase; the original is now frozen, still serving its last cohort.

  2. Oct 2025

    Uncarcerated

My first client project, putting what I had learned to the test. Its contractor agreement is dated Oct 10, 2025.

  3. Dec 15, 2025

    ComicValuator, AllTogetherNow

I discovered Claude Code and gained far more momentum, though everything was still painfully local. ComicValuator came first.

  4. Jan 20, 2026

    SquadEase

A local hiring marketplace. It later became HireEase, and is now retired.

  5. Mar 12, 2026

    Keto Meal Planner

A single conversation that produced a 30-day calendar linking to recipes, rather than a project on the server.

  6. Mar 24, 2026

    LaunchEase, StartEase

On Mar 9 I figured out I could move to Claude in the cloud, my own cloud on a shared server. It had obstacles, but development got far faster. LaunchEase and StartEase began the same day, the first new projects built that way.

  7. Mar 24 – May 16, 2026

    BoxOfficeLoco, ExemplaryFilms, RAKD Club

LaunchEase generated all three as test sites; each was finished later on its own. In late April I had twin boys, which understandably took me away for a time, and still does now and then.

  8. May 7–11, 2026

    VentureEase Enterprises, VentureEase Academy, HireEase

The VentureEase pivots: I ported the type indicator into StartEase and SquadEase into HireEase, and built out the rest of the ecosystem.

  9. Jun – Jul 2026

    Microbiology Flashcards

I couldn't afford a subscription for a while. During the stop, on Jul 6, a single conversation produced an interactive flashcard set.

  10. Aug 1–3, 2026

    The AI Fleet

A much more powerful server, and automated tasks from development to marketing, every mechanism built to work around Claude's limitations. Two days from decision to running; ten projects by Aug 10, and staging by Sep 2.

  11. Aug 21, 2026

    damianniolet.me, Baseline Your Life, ChooseHapp

Three sites brought into the fleet on the same day. ChooseHapp has since been retired.

  12. Sep 8–15, 2026

    Veterans For Peace NCF

Managing context for an entire fleet became the biggest hurdle: on Sep 8 the fleet ran past its monthly allowance, and on Sep 10 I built a total kill switch that only I can revive. On Sep 15 the Veterans For Peace chapter site began.

  13. Oct 8, 2026

    Hyper City

From late September the Fleet Auditor, and then a Cloud Auditor, carried the workflow past the common hang-up of agents losing context, and I started finishing earlier projects. Hyper City came next.

  14. Oct 20, 2026

    Think Quadratic

Brought onto the server, starting with removing and replacing its old content management system.

  15. Oct 21–26, 2026

Scott Camil, By the Letters, collectiblesmart, Squishy Robots

Four more in a week: a site for Scott Camil (Oct 21), By the Letters (Oct 22), collectiblesmart (Oct 23–24) and Squishy Robots (Oct 26).
